Support and Visit Dixon Place

Our virtual stage is really cooking this week, with 4 new DP TV offerings below. There’s even a sneak peek at the puppetry we’ve been promising! And all previous DP TV programs are on demand, and you can binge-watch here. So pop some popcorn, uncork a bottle of champers, and join us in our digital re-imagining of 161A Chrystie Street. We’d be honored to have you.

DP TV is free to watch, and our artists are compensated. Donations help us support the community during this challenging time and ensure that DP emerges from this crisis able to continue bringing together visionary artists and adventurous audiences. We’d be so grateful if you can make a gift in support of our work at this time! Support DP

Santa Stays Safe

Episode 0 of a hilarious web series

Created by

Lynn Jeffries & Paul Zaloom

It turns out Santa controls the world and everything in it!  Santa’s Off-Season Adventures is an irreverent puppet/found object web series created by Lynn Jeffries and Paul Zaloom.

Using classic retro Santas, elves, snowmen, fake snow, nutcrackers, reindeer, gingerbread, and corny postcards, this hilarious series addresses Covid19, constant surveillance, rampant consumerism, payday loans, racial diversity, stand-your-ground shootings, and plenty of other jolly subjects!

Check out Episode 0 Santa Stays Safe now, and stay tuned for upcoming episodes with more Santa hilarity and biting social/political satire!

Dixon Place puppetry programs are made possible, in part, with generous support from the Jim Henson Foundation and donors like you. Thank you!
