From five plays produced successfully at the Abbey Theatre in the 1930s, to the obscurity of her later years, Teresa Deevy experienced the extremes of a playwright’s life. Now back in the spotlight thanks to the Mint Theater in New York, her work is being revived and championed, with productions, publications and a conference planned for the coming years.
